These tool kits have been prepared for students of Certificate III in Patisserie at South Metro TAFE, Bentley campuses.
They will be delivered to the campus prior to your start date (Mon 20 July).
Your options are kits with:
- Black knives with no knife protectors
- Black knives with 4 knife protector guards
- Red knives (3 out of 6) with no knife protectors
- Red knives (3 out of 6) with 4 knife protector guards
We recommend purchasing the knife guards to protect both the knives and the knife bag.
